Manager, Distribution (1st Shift)

Location: Clayton, Ohio, United States; onsite five days a week. First shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Required travel is up to 10% domestically. Relocation assistance and U.S. work authorization assistance are not available.

Salary: $72,360–$108,540 per year, plus benefits and potential incentive bonus.

hirify.global’s Product Support and Logistics Division manages the worldwide distribution of aftermarket parts, integrated logistics, and services supporting its dealer network and customers.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, train, and motivate 20–25 hourly distribution center employees.
• Improve operational productivity, quality, service levels, and processes by identifying and resolving issues.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, mentor employees, and enforce safe equipment use and work procedures.
• Oversee receiving, processing, storage, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage payroll, attendance, workflow, and operational decisions to improve service and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of decision-making, critical thinking, communication, performance management, planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Ability to develop employee and team performance through structured management practices.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Clayton, Ohio on the first shift.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Distribution center or warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills.
