Senior SC Services Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary: $131,200–$258,500 for Zone A, $120,300–$237,000 for Zone B, or $109,400–$215,500 for Zone C per year, depending on work location and job-related factors. The role is also eligible for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end supply chain expertise and organizational leadership for a strategic business unit.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Human Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Manage and allocate supply chain resources and hire, train, and develop project management staff.
• Build and implement portfolios of initiatives focused on innovation, cost savings, supply assurance, and business performance.
• Lead projects from charter through stage-gate and SOS, driving timely decisions and high-value outcomes.
• Advance supply chain capabilities through best practices, shared learning, and effective team development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across multiple disciplines, including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
• Project management experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• 5 years of experience with desktop and ERP applications, plus experience with production and inventory control systems.
• Proven people management, team leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, planning, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Operations planning experience.
• Experience with demand creation functions and external customers, Marketing, Sales, or R&D.
