Manager Logistics (Supply Chain)

Location: USA - PA - Hanover; onsite role

Salary: $98,300–$135,200 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse employees across shifts.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse systems, product locator and bar-coding systems, and operational reporting.
• Optimize receiving, transportation, stacking, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse utilization.
• Coordinate customer, supplier, outside warehouse, inbound, and outbound shipments.
• Drive continuous improvement, performance tracking, technical issue resolution, and supply chain disruption response.
• Maintain safety, quality, security, FDA, AIB, OSHA, and MSDS compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of logistics and planning experience required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• 3+ years of people management experience required.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, reporting, and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of logistics and planning management experience.
