Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java/React/Vue)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare management systems across backend and frontend layers.
• Build Java and Spring Boot applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integrations.
• Support existing Vue applications and contribute to modernization and migration toward React.
• Own and deliver features across API and UI layers while collaborating with Product and UI teams on Scheduler and ECAL functionality.
• Support AWS infrastructure, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and environments using AWS CDK.
• Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, requirements gathering, and technical solution design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong Java expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Java SE, Java EE, and Spring Boot.
• Strong full-stack experience with React and/or Vue, including independent delivery across backend APIs and frontend UI.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, enterprise development, and legacy Java modernization.
• Ability to work independently on medium-to-high complexity initiatives and collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• React expertise, Vue-to-React migration experience, AWS, AWS CDK, and Infrastructure as Code.
• GCP or Azure exposure, Kafka or other event-driven architectures, and healthcare application or HIPAA experience.
