Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + Angular)

Location: Hybrid, with 75% remote work and at least 1 day per week in the Warsaw office, Poland.

Rate: 130 PLN / hour on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Build and expand claims reporting and management systems across distributed microservices and monolithic architectures.
• Design system architecture using modern technology solutions.
• Improve and optimize selected business processes.
• Develop an automated testing pyramid to ensure software quality.
• Conduct and receive constructive code reviews and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate daily with a close-knit agile team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of commercial Java programming experience.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, SQL databases, and Apache Kafka.
• Practical experience with Angular, microservices, REST APIs, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Ability to use AI tools to support and accelerate software development.
• Fluent or native Polish is required for team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of IT security concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Developer mentoring or Technical Lead experience.
