Engagement Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Engagement Manager (AI): Leading and coordinating delivery of agentic workflows for national security customers with an accent on stakeholder management and technical implementation. Location: Must be based in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) with willingness to be onsite up to 4 days per week and travel at least 25%.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships ranging from executive leadership to end users.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases for the engineering team to build and refine.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to exceed customer AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee the onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Proven track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite in the DMV area up to 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Technical background in computer science, economics, statistics, or engineering.
• Proven track record in B2B client-facing roles and expanding client relationships.
• Prior experience owning the technical implementation of solutions for the government.
