Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Public sector delivery role supporting a U.S. government national security customer; forward deployment and 25% travel required.

Salary: $232,800–$291,000 USD annually, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from executive stakeholders through end users.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with customers for implementation by engineering teams.
• Lead or support cross-functional project teams delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Identify customer needs and operator pain points to improve customer success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 3 years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery of enterprise-scale applications or solutions.
• Experience in structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be forward deployed and willingness to travel 25%.
• Technical background in computer science, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related area.
