Project Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics (AI)

Location: Benicia, California, United States. Full-time onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and programs from initiation through deployment and sustainment.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, success metrics, governance, and risk mitigation plans.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, executive visualizations, and business intelligence reporting solutions.
• Analyze operational, financial, supply chain, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics, applying AI, machine learning, statistical analysis, and automation.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into recommendations, improve processes, and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics, information systems, operations management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business intelligence, data analytics, operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, working with large datasets, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with strong SQL and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Understanding of data warehousing, reporting architecture, data governance, and AI-powered analytics or automation tools.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering organizations.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience developing predictive analytics or machine learning solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
