Technical Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site. The role requires up to 50% travel, including international travel and extended trips for first-of-a-kind builds.

Compensation: $205,000–$250,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own schedules, budgets, scope, and execution for international and special-project modular data center deployments.
• Coordinate site preparation, permitting, utility interconnection, construction, networking, procurement, and power readiness across local regulatory environments.
• Manage cross-border logistics, customs, import/export requirements, trade compliance, contractors, suppliers, customs brokers, and local authorities.
• Coordinate Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Manufacturing Planning, Cloud Product, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and Spark teams.
• Provide executive project updates, identify risks and alternatives, and maintain visibility across Spark deployment dashboards.
• Build the Spark International Deployment Playbook and document lessons learned for future deployments.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure or first-of-a-kind projects, including budgets exceeding $500 million.
• Experience delivering capital projects outside the United States across multiple countries or regulatory regimes.
• Working knowledge of export controls, customs, import/export processes, and high-value technical equipment logistics.
• Strong scheduling expertise and technical breadth across electrical, mechanical, civil, cloud, and network engineering.
• Experience with multicultural teams, in-country partners, foreign construction codes, labor laws, utility interconnection standards, and permitting.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time and support extended trips when required. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• Active PMP or CDCDP certification.
