Software Engineer I (New Grad 2027) (SF)

Location: Hybrid work from the San Francisco or New York City offices, with in-person work 3 days per week during the early-career program. After one year, remote or office-based work may be available within the United States.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 annual base pay for San Francisco.

What you will do

• Contribute to software projects and team goals with support from experienced engineers.
• Design and implement solutions that interact with multiple software components.
• Write clear, well-tested, extensible code and help protect systems from downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders while communicating risks and trade-offs.
• Navigate a large codebase, debug existing code, and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to team growth and development activities.

Requirements

• Computer science or a related major, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to turn business scenarios into software solutions involving multiple components.
• Experience writing clear, tested, and maintainable code.
• Comfort navigating large codebases, debugging code, and reviewing changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team.
• Availability for the hybrid early-career program in San Francisco or New York City.
