Implementation Project Manager (Global Employment)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for new and expanding clients throughout implementation.
• Lead end-to-end, multi-country implementations across Employer of Record and Managed Services offerings.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans covering multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate internal operational teams, global partners, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee client setup, technology adoption, platform training, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
• Ensure accurate go-live forecasting, delivery targets, client satisfaction, and handoff to ongoing service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or Project Manager in a client-facing role.
• Strong project management, risk management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country or multi-service implementations.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to advise clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with HR, payroll, global employment, accounting, or entity management is preferred.
