Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work environment.

What you will do

• Manage infrastructure and security transformation projects from initiation through closure, with responsibility for planning, quality, budget, dependencies, milestones, and resources.
• Manage at least four projects in parallel using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Lead network, security, and DevOps engineers, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate client teams, vendors, and company leadership across international, multi-region environments.
• Lead steering committees, client workshops, status reporting, risk mitigation, and executive presentations.
• Deliver transition packages including runbooks, playbooks, architecture diagrams, training, knowledge transfer, and handover sign-off.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT and cybersecurity.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead engineering teams, explain technical risk to non-technical audiences, and mitigate risks.
• Confident use of AI tools for planning, reporting, and analysis, with awareness of responsible use and data protection.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
