IAM Project Manager

Location: Canada; fully remote

Base salary: CAD $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout software implementation projects.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, including scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
• Track milestones, performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests using appropriate project management methods and tools.
• Communicate project status, risks, escalations, recommendations, and solutions to clients and leadership.
• Facilitate client meetings, gather requirements, clarify objectives, and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Allocate resources and delegate work according to team members’ skills and experience.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience managing client-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ability to influence senior-level client relationships and communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, risk management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Must be located in Canada for this remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Identity and Access Management projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
