HRIS Implementation Project Manager (HRIS)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise HRIS implementation projects.
• Develop project schedules, status reports, issue logs, engagement timelines, and resource plans.
• Gather and confirm requirements, define project scope, and manage change-control processes.
• Coordinate consultants, developers, subject matter experts, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues that may affect project success.
• Support client success, pre-sales activities, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities for additional products and services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multifunctional teams.
• Required experience with HCM/HRIS implementations and enterprise-level customers.
• Working knowledge of multistate HR and payroll complexities.
• High technical aptitude, strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with public-sector clients is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience working with public-sector clients.
