HR Generalist II - Maternity Cover (Human Resources Operations): Managing complex HR cases and employee lifecycle support within a standardized service delivery model with an accent on policy interpretation, HRIS documentation, and cross-functional issue resolution. Focus on analyzing recurring issues, improving HR processes, and supporting compliance and employee experience across the Life Sciences Platform.

What you will do
- Resolve complex HR cases involving employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and related inquiries.
- Partner with People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence on case escalation and end-to-end service delivery.
- Support people leaders with performance management administration, documentation, HR processes, and assigned talent acquisition activities.
- Document case activities and maintain accurate HR system records for compliance, audits, reporting, and knowledge management.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to HR process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, HR generalist work, or a related specialty.
- Experience independently managing complex HR cases within established policies and procedures.
- Experience using HR information systems, case management systems, and related business applications.
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or operating companies.
- Experience providing compensation or hiring support during recruitment processes.
- Experience working in a shared services or case management environment.
