Human Resources Summer Internship 2027

Location: United Kingdom, with roles based in Weybridge, the London Manufacturing Plant, Reading, and Newcastle. Applicants must have their own right to work in the UK for the full internship period from 5 July 2027 to 10 September 2027, without sponsorship.

Salary: £2,625 per month

What you will do

• Work on live business HR projects during a 10-week summer internship.
• Support talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and equality and inclusion initiatives.
• Help shape recruitment strategies and implement benefit programmes.
• Develop training programmes and contribute to employee engagement.
• Take responsibility for defined projects and business challenges from the first day.

Requirements

• University student graduating in 2027 or 2028, or a recent graduate.
• Evidence of achievements and involvement in academic or non-academic activities.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 37.5 hours per week throughout the internship, without sponsorship from P&G.
• Availability for the full internship period from 5 July 2027 to 10 September 2027.
