Location: London office, supporting the EMEA region; occasional travel required

operates a global HR function supporting offices and employees across the EMEA region.
What you will do
- Lead HR operations and advise senior leaders and employees across the EMEA region.
- Manage employee relations matters, coach leaders, and help mitigate employment-related risk.
- Oversee regional payroll, onboarding, offboarding, immigration matters, and visa application tracking.
- Monitor legislative changes and update employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Provide people metrics and reporting, including engagement and turnover data.
- Manage and develop a London-based team of one HR Generalist and one HR Specialist while delivering global HR transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years of HR experience, preferably in financial services.
- Experience with UK employment law; knowledge of Jersey and Italian employment law is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, time-management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive results under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Occasional travel is required.

- Experience with Workday and Greenhouse.
- Previous experience in financial services.
- Exposure to Jersey and Italian employment law.
