Director, Upscale Revenue Management (Hospitality)

Location: Field/Remote; work from a home office with possible required travel

Annual salary: $163,544–$192,405, plus eligibility for an annual bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead two Regional Managers and approximately 20 Revenue Managers supporting the Upscale Brands portfolio.
• Oversee business readiness, property performance, education, and adoption across the ChoiceROCS Program.
• Develop change-management plans, training materials, engagement resources, and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders to improve service delivery, pricing, and customer experience.
• Improve revenue optimization processes, systems, and policies while supporting adoption of new technology and ways of working.
• Establish KPIs, monitor portfolio performance, create action plans, and support franchisees, prominent clients, and Choice partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience driving revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Experience developing and leading professional teams.
• Experience delivering organizational change across people, processes, technology, structure, behavior, and ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, including overcoming resistance to change and working in complex matrix organizations.
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
