Senior Cost Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid working from the Madrid or Barcelona offices in Spain

What you will do

• Contribute to a project team accountable for commercial and contractual performance.
• Support delivery of value for money across projects.
• Carry out cost planning and estimating activities.
• Support procurement and post-contract duties.
• Apply commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies and comply with relevant procedures.
• Maintain environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction technical discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost management within the hospitality sector.
• Proven technical and project delivery experience gained in a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
• Experience managing stakeholders and developing client accounts.
• Team management experience.
• MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body, or a desire to attain it.
