Director of Healthcare Services

Location: Vancouver, BC; hybrid workplace

Salary: CA$110,000–CA$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead managers and supervisors responsible for parking operations across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Oversee safe, efficient, clean, and compliant service delivery across hospital and medical campus sites.
• Monitor staffing, customer satisfaction, compliance, incident response, maintenance projects, and operational performance.
• Build strategic relationships with hospital and health authority stakeholders and provide data-driven performance updates.
• Review P&L statements, variance reports, revenue performance, and site-level controls to support profitability.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technology, Launch, HR, and Finance on new contracts, technology implementation, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in multi-site operations management, ideally in a regulated, service-oriented environment.
• Experience leading large, distributed teams and developing managers and frontline employees.
• Strong communication, client engagement, relationship management, financial, and operational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, PTMP/CAPP or CPP certification, healthcare organization experience, and Salesforce familiarity are preferred.
