Cost Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid working from the Madrid or Barcelona offices in Spain

Salary: €40,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the commercial and contractual performance of hospitality and other built-environment projects.
• Deliver value for money through cost planning, estimating, procurement, and post-contract activities.
• Apply established commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
• Manage assigned duties efficiently while following operational, quality, health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management within the hospitality sector.
• Technical and project delivery experience gained in a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
• Experience managing stakeholders and developing client accounts.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage projects, and deliver to deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on client service and commercial results.
