LPN - Per Diem & Part Time

Salary: $34.26–$35.26 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff according to state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance in line with federal, state, and local standards.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and promote high-quality resident service.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting is preferred.
• Experience working with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting and supporting residents up to 50 pounds, and using proper body mechanics.
