What you will do

• Provide evidence-based nursing care for acutely ill patients while maintaining patient safety.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications according to clinical condition and medication-safety standards.
• Perform phone triage, communicate abnormal test results, and provide corresponding care instructions.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, therapies, pain management, and self-care.
• Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, committee work, and department projects.

Requirements

• Current nursing experience within the past five years or graduation from a nursing program within the past two years.
• Current registered nurse license for the state of employment.
• CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to assess patient needs, use critical thinking, and develop individualized care plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• One year of experience in a pertinent clinical specialty.
• Proficiency in a second language.
