Location: On-site / hybrid in North York, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 54,075–80,752 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including creation, shipment tracking, data entry, and logistics issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels, anticipate material needs, and prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Manage departmental budgets and audit vendor invoices to support accurate spending and strong ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Production to align procurement activities with business and internal customer needs.
• Conduct ethical sourcing audits covering supplier labor practices and environmental impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in buying, purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
• Knowledge of purchasing techniques, supply chain logistics, vendor selection, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data trends, supplier performance, and invoice details.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong customer service abilities.
