Senior Civil Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact and oversee project financial management, change management, scheduling, conflict resolution, and contractor relations.
• Manage preconstruction and construction phases, including procurement documents, estimating, bidding, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate design packages with the design team and allocate project resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish subcontract agreements, trade scopes, responsibilities, quality expectations, and coordination requirements.
• Manage contractual risk protections, including Builder’s Risk Insurance coverage and project requirements.
• Lead safety planning, incident reporting, regulatory compliance, inspections, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related coursework, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening is required.
