What you will do

  • Provide technical leadership for CEI teams delivering roadway, bridge, drainage, earthwork, utility relocation, and other transportation projects.
  • Serve as project executive across multiple projects and ensure compliance with contract documents, budgets, schedules, and corporate procedures.
  • Lead communications with owner representatives, contractors, project stakeholders, and regional leadership.
  • Review and approve monthly CPM schedules and maintain project processes and document controls.
  • Resolve complex construction operations and contract challenges through collaboration with project partners.
  • Manage administrative staff and final estimate documentation through project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction inspection experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and pass applicable qualification tests within specified time frames.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to perform field work, including outdoor exposure and physical activities such as walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Technical writing and networking skills.
  • Willingness to support identification and pursuit of eligible infrastructure projects.
