What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large construction projects or portfolios from chartering and design through construction, commissioning, closeout, and warranty.
• Develop execution strategies, project execution plans, schedules, procurement plans, logistics, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Manage project financial performance, contracts, scope, quality, safety, compliance, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate owners, designers, subcontractors, trade partners, and integrated project teams.
• Build client relationships, resolve conflicts, negotiate agreements, and support principal-level project reviews.
• Lead pursuits, RFP responses, presentations, business development, team staffing, mentoring, and talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Demonstrated success managing large projects or portfolios as a senior project manager.
• Advanced understanding of engineering disciplines, design and construction delivery, procurement, CQV, and integrated project delivery.
• Industry certification such as PMP, AECPMA, or DBIA.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, scheduling, safety, and Microsoft Suite skills.
