Pricing Coordinator (Logistics)

What you will do

• Maintain current port, airport, storage, demurrage, transportation, and carrier charges.
• Build relationships with local carriers, co-loaders, service providers, sales, and customer service teams.
• Request, compare, and prepare freight quotes using approved company databases and formats.
• Respond to quote requests within 24 hours and provide interim updates when rates are delayed.
• Maintain quote logs, collect feedback, analyze weekly pricing reports, and identify effective carrier and route options.
• Monitor and communicate GRI, PSS, rate fluctuations, and other pricing changes while maintaining quote confidentiality.

Requirements

• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of the trade market and relevant pricing experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation, urgency, accountability, and the ability to make quick decisions as conditions change.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.
