Linehaul Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, United States; onsite role

Pay: $22.39–$38.47 per hour

hirify.global provides transportation and package delivery services through a large linehaul and logistics network.

What you will do

• Plan contractor, equipment, and transportation needs to maximize capacity and minimize partial trailer loads.
• Coordinate and track hirify.global trailers, rental equipment, new trailers, and dollies across the network.
• Direct transportation equipment dispatch according to the linehaul plan and company procedures.
• Coordinate cargo shipments, enter trip details into the transportation management system, and verify on-time trailer movement.
• Complete yard inventories and checks, verify load and unload status, and report missing equipment.
• Investigate delays, accidents, and equipment failures; implement contingency plans and coordinate with Safety and Maintenance on DOT compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of linehaul operations, transportation practices, and DOT regulations.
• Strong time management, organization, multitasking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and implement operational processes.
• Microsoft Office and web-based application skills.
• Dispatch experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Previous dispatch experience.
