Pricing Specialist-Projects/Heavy Lift/Oil and Gas

What you will do

• Support quotations and prepare proposals for new-logo clients in Projects, Heavy Lift, and Oil and Gas.
• Coordinate with origin and destination offices, procurement, tender management, department heads, BDS, and Operations.
• Maintain client rate cards, Salesforce data, target lists, sales campaigns, and project records.
• Manage relationships with domestic transportation providers and help maintain market competitiveness.
• Generate leads through cold calling, lead-generation tools, research, and analysis; organize customer visits for the sales team.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports, complete RFIs and RFQs, and help develop standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of business experience in sales support or telemarketing at a freight forwarding company.
• Understanding of the freight forwarding quotation process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus experience with CRM and quoting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in Projects, Heavy Lift, or Oil and Gas.
