Sustainability Co-op

Location: Hybrid in Acton, Massachusetts, United States. U.S. work authorization is required without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $25.00–$34.00 annual base salary range.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other wearable drug-delivery technologies for people with diabetes and other conditions.

What you will do

• Draft and coordinate sustainability and social impact content for webpages, press releases, LinkedIn, internal news, intranet channels, and presentations.
• Develop executive briefs, stakeholder emails, FAQs, talking points, report highlights, and manufacturing tour scripts.
• Coordinate inputs, reviews, approvals, milestones, and deadlines with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations, web teams, and other partners.
• Maintain communications plans and content calendars and organize source materials, presentations, and creative assets.
• Research sustainability and social impact topics and translate complex information into clear, accurate, engaging content.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student pursuing a BA/BS in Sustainability, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and digital communications tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AP style.
• Experience with SharePoint or digital asset management platforms.
• Interest in sustainability, social impact, or medical device communications.
