Digital Content Specialist

Location: St Louis, Missouri, United States

Salary: $59,200–$98,600 U.S. national base pay per year, with an annual incentive bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Plan digital content development schedules and delivery cadence for nursing and health education products.
• Manage assigned digital projects from inception through production release using content workflows, authoring tools, and relevant technologies.
• Coordinate daily with subject matter experts, instructional designers, outsourced vendors, and other internal and external partners.
• Consolidate reviews, monitor work products, identify delivery risks, and support alternative approaches to keep projects on schedule.
• Review outlines, assessments, and content storyboards, including writing, assessment, and instructional design quality.
• Coordinate content builds, classification and ancillary mapping, permissions and art research, UAT fixes, and final course delivery.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in English or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in digital content development.
• Experience with media, including online courses and multimedia.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, work independently, coordinate subject matter experts, and maintain attention to detail in high-velocity situations.
• Knowledge of publishing processes and Microsoft Office; familiarity with EPUB, HTML5, HTML, XML, and AI-assisted authoring or content tools.
