Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Teaneck, New Jersey, United States; in-office position based at the New Jersey office

Annual base salary: $105,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for U.S. positions, from intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop hiring strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and other channels.
• Manage searches across functions and levels, including complex, specialized, and senior-level roles.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, pipeline data, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview practices, reporting, recruiting tools, and candidate experience while collaborating with global TA and HR partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology, SaaS, AI, automotive technology, or startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage searches independently from intake through offer acceptance and to recruit across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills, including experience engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders as a talent advisor.
• Experience using recruiting funnels, market insights, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to work from the New Jersey office in accordance with in-office expectations.
