What you will do

• Design systems for identifying exceptional candidates, assessing fit, maintaining engagement, and attracting talent.
• Build scalable candidate-engagement systems covering social interactions, coffee chats, introductions, and personalized recruiting context.
• Design an efficient interview pipeline from initial introduction through offer.
• Source technical and unusual talent through campuses, talent mapping, and outreach.
• Work directly with founders on tailored candidate engagement and closing.
• Systematize recruiting events such as board game nights, competitions, hikes, and dinners.

Requirements

• Systems-thinking approach to turning ambiguous processes into clear decisions, execution, and automation.
• Ability to go beyond standard recruiting processes and create tailored candidate experiences.
• Strong judgment for identifying exceptional talent in technical and unusual roles.
• Excellent communication skills with candidates, founders, and teammates.
• Metrics-driven approach to recruiting funnel conversion, speed, and quality.
• Highly proactive, low-ego working style and willingness to use AI tools for dashboards, automation, communication, and outreach.
