Technical Deployment Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $170,000–$400,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own technical delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and operating rhythms for customer workstreams.
• Coordinate DeployCo, OpenAI, and customer teams while managing risks, blockers, critical paths, scope, sequencing, and resourcing.
• Partner with enterprise security teams to map workflows and deploy AI solutions for threat investigation, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Move solutions from prototypes through MVP, production readiness, launch, adoption, and scale with FDEs, researchers, Product, and customer engineers.
• Own value cases, KPIs, adoption tracking, impact measurement, and sponsor readouts.
• Codify reusable delivery patterns, implementation playbooks, evaluations, and field insights for future deployments and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery, technical program management, deployment, consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation leadership.
• Experience leading complex, ambiguous, cross-functional cybersecurity deployments in Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprises.
• Ability to discuss established and emerging threats, including AI-enabled attack and defense, and translate them into detection and response workflows.
• Technical fluency in architectures, integrations, data and workflow constraints, and production readiness.
• Clear communication with business leaders, technical teams, and customer stakeholders, including tradeoffs involving risk, scope, speed, and adoption.
• Willingness to spend time onsite with customers when it accelerates delivery and trust.

• Practical interest or experience with AI and LLM systems.
• Experience with solution patterns, evaluation practices, and production pitfalls.
