Maintenance A (Industrial Machinery)

Location: Harrisonburg, Virginia, United States; onsite at the PCA Box Plant

Salary: $33.55 per hour, plus an annual bonus based on plant performance metrics

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore safe operation.
• Work as part of a maintenance team on a multicraft role.
• Work one of three production shifts according to plant needs and seniority.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts in a three-shift production schedule.
• A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is beneficial.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry is beneficial.
