Industrial Maintenance Technician - Nights

Location: 670 Hardy Rd, Painesville, OH 44077, USA. Onsite role on the C Team night shift, 7pm–7am, following a 2-2-3 schedule.

Hiring rate: $32–$40 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve machine performance.
• Install, inspect, and repair motors, wiring, switchboards, relays, and circuit breakers.
• Work with production teams and engineers to identify equipment root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain shop equipment in alignment with OSHA standards and support a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
• Support facility upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, and routine grounds maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair experience.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and logical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work the overnight 2-2-3 schedule from 7pm to 7am.
• Technical certifications or licenses are preferred or must be obtained within the specified timeline.
• Final candidates must successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screening.
