Senior Associate, Merchant Strategy & Operations (AI)

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Build the strategy for helping merchants succeed after launching on hirify.global.
• Design fast, seamless, and scalable solutions that reduce operational friction and improve merchant support.
• Use data-driven decision-making and business judgment to develop and execute new initiatives.
• Lead go-to-market and implementation efforts for merchant experience improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing ambitious goals in complex environments.
• Strong ownership, initiative, curiosity, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with SQL and Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
