What you will do

• Apply AI modeling to build contraction, expansion, usage, and forecast reporting across customer segments and packaging motions.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, retention, lifetime value, and margin through customer and financial analytics.
• Evaluate bundle performance and cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Lifecycle teams to assess customer performance and expansion opportunities.
• Extract, manipulate, validate, and align data from disparate sources to support commercial policies and go-to-market decisions.
• Use AI-driven pattern recognition and data architecture methods to streamline analytics and develop clear business insights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics supporting business growth, strategy, or operations.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI to identify behavioral patterns, align data sources, or build forecast models.
• Experience with customer data, revenue modeling, or financial analytics.
• Strong SQL query and Excel skills.
• Advanced AI proficiency and the ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
