Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights (AI)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze and validate data against external sources, budgets, and actual results.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Prepare clear reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Analyze supplier performance, tools, equipment, PPE, and uniform management processes.
• Identify root causes and recommend solutions that improve compliance, efficiency, and process standardization.
• Support training, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area.
• Expertise in data modeling and business intelligence.
• Experience documenting business requirements and performing root cause analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial data, KPIs, and trends and communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience with supplier performance analysis, auditing, relationship management, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Knowledge aligned with International Institute of Business Analysis standards is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical programming languages.
