Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Monitor supply chains, shipments, and order schedules.
• Coordinate accurate and timely shipments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory databases and add received orders to inventory.
• Verify orders and shipping documents and resolve shipping errors.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate shipment status.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Greater St. Louis, Missouri area.
• At least 2 years of experience working with global logistics.
• Strong organizational, research, analysis, multitasking, and independent judgment skills.
• Experience managing projects and people.
• Experience using Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented, and lateral-thinking approach.
