Senior Director, Transportation Operations (Logistics)

Location: Greenville, SC, United States

Salary: $115,300–$135,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end cost, service, performance, and regional P&L outcomes for transportation provider moves.
• Lead large-scale mobility, network development, onboarding, integration, and transportation-model initiatives.
• Develop capacity planning strategies, operational standards, and network digitization practices.
• Manage provider compliance, credentialing, performance reviews, corrective actions, settlements, and contractual standards.
• Analyze utilization, mileage, cost, and RNS metrics for strategic decisions and executive reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Client teams, Finance, HR, Safety, Technology, Sales, and Marketing on growth, retention, implementation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 12 years of professional experience and 8 years of leadership responsibility.
• Experience in transportation operations leadership preferred.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, change management, and operational problem-solving.
• Strong financial and operational business acumen, project management, analytical, organizational, communication, delegation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex priorities, and collaborate across multiple functions.
