Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in and be licensed in Missouri

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Review member clinical records and services related to behavioral health and substance use.
• Serve as a clinical liaison for external groups, providers, and internal Operations and Medical Management teams.
• Interpret program results and develop data-driven metrics to measure program effectiveness and return on investment.
• Partner with providers and regional leadership on education, reporting, quality incentive payments, and clinical interpretation.
• Track and resolve operational issues across provider networks, communities, and facilities.
• Represent the clinical function in meetings and support process changes that improve quality and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health.
• At least 4 years of behavioral health outpatient care experience in a community setting or independent practice.
• Experience assessing treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse across the continuum of care.
• Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement.
• Missouri residence and professional licensure are required.
• One of the following licenses or certifications is required: LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Nice to have

• Outpatient experience is strongly preferred.
