Scrum Master Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through Scrum delivery and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Coordinate communication between product owners, managers, team members, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
• Remove impediments, improve transparency, and provide status updates to increase Sprint delivery success.
• Build team trust, accountability, collaboration, and consistent adoption of Agile principles.
• Support prioritization, defect identification, process improvement, and Agile tooling.
• Use analytical skills to identify sources of impediments and improve delivery of business value.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant project management experience or Agile experience, preferably in an established IT project management office or an IT department.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master; other IT experience may be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent TSYS or Agile experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of Agile approaches, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work with multiple product owners and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• 6–8 years of relevant Agile experience.
• Certified Scrum Master, CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience developing and supporting production data pipelines.
