TL;DR

Location: Remote within Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica. Work 8 hours per day Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm US Eastern Standard Time. The role requires a personal Mac computer or laptop.

What you will do
- Review incoming deals for accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
- Document, route, and monitor approvals for non-standard deals within defined timeframes.
- Prepare and process contract amendments, including billing address changes, term extensions, and product swaps.
- Maintain quote, contract, and deal data integrity in Salesforce CPQ and related systems.
- Monitor the internal Slack deal support channel and answer transactional questions from customer-facing teams.
- Meet service-level agreements and provide administrative support to the Deal Desk team.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and deadline management.
- Professional English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day Monday–Friday within the 8:00am–8:00pm US Eastern Standard Time window.
- Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica and use a personal Mac computer or laptop.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe tools.
