Strategic Planning & Program Portfolio Manager (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with approximately 20% travel. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year.

What you will do

• Manage annual strategic planning, strategic reviews, quarterly business reviews, and senior leadership forums.
• Develop and maintain strategic program trackers, scorecards, and dashboards for performance visibility.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled PMO tools and workflows to provide executive insights, improve decision-making, and accelerate execution.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, business unit operations, AGS Operations, and Global Quality teams to identify strategic connections and initiatives.
• Coordinate executive reviews and governance forums, including action tracking and accountability.
• Conduct strategic research and analysis on the semiconductor industry, emerging technologies, business developments, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced AI fluency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and business operations in the semiconductor industry.
