Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: Gdańsk, Poland — hybrid work with 1–2 days in the office

Salary: 700–1,200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a live trading platform.
• Identify and prioritize bugs, functional gaps, and new product requirements.
• Gather business needs and translate them into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide direction to development and QA teams and lead backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Make product decisions, resolve blockers, and support product stabilization and further development.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner working directly with development teams.
• Strong experience in brokerage and trading is required.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a complex product backlog.
• Ability to gather requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle.
• Very good English and a proactive, independent, decisive approach.
