Senior Product Owner (SAP Ariba/SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration.

What you will do

• Own the global intake, prioritization, backlog, delivery, release, production support, and continuous improvement of Procurement and Legal applications.
• Translate business needs and end-to-end Procurement processes into requirements, functional designs, acceptance criteria, testing scenarios, integrations, and release plans.
• Manage SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA source-to-pay processes, configurations, master data, access, transactions, and integration dependencies.
• Lead major releases, production-issue triage, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, cutover, stabilization, and durable incident reduction.
• Own SOX-relevant application controls covering access, segregation of duties, change and release management, data integrity, audit evidence, security, privacy, and third-party access.
• Coordinate distributed technical resources and external service providers while partnering with Procurement, Legal, Finance, SAP, Information Security, and Internal Audit stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience owning or delivering enterprise Procurement applications and complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong end-to-end Procurement knowledge, including supplier onboarding, supplier master data, requisitions, purchase orders, buying, invoicing, controls, contracting, sourcing, and RFPs.
• Experience with integrated SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA source-to-pay processes and the ability to work across functional and technical teams.
• Experience with product ownership, backlog management, value-based prioritization, requirements, testing, releases, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English is required for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Product ownership, implementation, or production-support experience with SAP Ariba in an SAP S/4HANA-integrated environment.
• Experience leading enterprise releases, integrations, platform modernization, or technology transitions.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management or Legal technology platforms.
• Experience in a global, highly matrixed organization.
