Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst (Middle East)

Location: Poland; remote/office work. Availability to travel to the Middle East for up to two weeks per month.

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering activities.
• Translate business challenges into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.
• Own product backlogs and align priorities with business goals and delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, QA engineers, and UX/UI specialists throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support product planning, scope definition, release preparation, and stakeholder acceptance.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities and drive resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business analysis, process modeling, and solution definition.
• Experience leading discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder discussions in complex environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum or Kanban, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Practical experience managing backlogs, defining user stories, and creating acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools; strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
