Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Round Lake, Illinois, United States. The role requires authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities from candidate identification and sourcing through successful hire.
• Partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and HR Business Partners to define requirements and deliver hiring projects.
• Create recruitment advertising, drive social media engagement, conduct headhunting, and develop proactive referral activity.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, offer negotiations, feedback, and candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence, recruitment insights, forecasting, and talent-pipeline recommendations to the business.
• Maintain requisition data, support continuous improvement projects, and participate in recruitment activity analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and previous full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing concurrent hiring priorities and multiple stakeholder relationships without compromising quality or timelines.
• Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews and using assessment methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, business partnering, and advisory skills, ideally in an in-house environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, recruiting technologies such as ATS and CRMs, and direct sourcing tools.
• Ability to accommodate occasional travel to meet partner and candidate needs.
