Equipment Engineer Intern - Summer 2027

What you will do

• Support the Equipment Maintenance organization with technician development, training compliance, and workforce capability initiatives.
• Track technician certifications, maintain training records, and support audit readiness activities.
• Analyze maintenance performance metrics, prepare KPI reports, and support leadership reviews.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program improvements and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Maintain pump maintenance documentation, calibration records, and related process controls.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional partners to standardize maintenance processes and improve documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the summer 2027 internship.
• December 2027 and May 2028 graduation dates are preferred.
• Hands-on experience repairing or maintaining mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal communication, written communication, and process documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
